Event Overview

Shifting Realities™ (“the Show”) is a timed, multi-sensory art and technology experience produced by OWOW Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Producer”), in partnership with Sunset Imports Inc., operating as Porsche Studio Portland (“Venue”).
By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending the Show, you (“Guest”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any accompanying policies referenced herein.

Admission & Tickets

Each ticket provides entry to one 90-minute session of Shifting Realities™ on the date and time printed on the ticket.

Tickets are valid only for the named guest(s) and are non-transferable without prior written approval.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session; late arrivals may result in reduced experience time or denied entry without refund.

Re-entry is not permitted once the experience has begun.

All guests must present a valid digital or printed ticket and government-issued photo ID upon check-in.

Ticket Types

General Admission: Access to all six immersive zones (Sight, Sound, Touch, Intuition, Balance, and Taste).
VIP: Includes all GA benefits plus preferred entry, welcome drink, full Taste experience, and limited-edition art print.
VIP+: Includes all VIP benefits plus personalized Art Car collectible, extended merch credit, private access to select IXC or Porsche events, and 1-Year IXC Access Pass.

Producer reserves the right to modify ticket tiers, pricing, or benefits at any time prior to purchase.

Refunds & Event Changes

All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are granted only if the Show is canceled by OWOW Inc. or Sunset Imports Inc.

If rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

OWOW Inc. and Sunset Imports Inc. reserve the right to alter show content, schedule, or technical setup without prior notice for safety, maintenance, or creative reasons.

Guest Conduct & Safety

Shifting Realities™ includes projections, lighting effects, scent dispersion, audio immersion, and motion-based elements.
Guests with sensitivities to such stimuli should use discretion before attending.

Smoking, vaping, outside food or drink, and the use of alcohol or controlled substances are prohibited.

OWOW Inc. and Sunset Imports Inc. reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

Children under 12 are not permitted; minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Accessibility

We strive to provide an inclusive experience. Guests requiring accessibility accommodations (mobility, sensory, or otherwise) should contact support@sr.art
at least 48 hours before their visit.

Photography & Media

Personal photography and video are allowed only in designated areas marked with the ✴ symbol.

Flash photography, tripods, drones, or commercial filming require prior written consent.

By entering the venue, guests grant OWOW Inc. and Sunset Imports Inc. the right to photograph, record, and use their likeness in connection with Shifting Realities™ marketing and documentation.

Commercial use or resale of images or video taken inside the Show without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All creative content within Shifting Realities™—including visuals, sound, architecture, installations, and trademarks—remains the sole property of OWOW Inc. and participating artists.
“Porsche Studio Portland” and “Porsche” are trademarks of Porsche AG and are used under license by Sunset Imports Inc.
Nothing in these Terms shall grant any guest ownership or usage rights to the content or marks beyond personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket or attending, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with participation in a multi-sensory environment involving light, sound, scent, and motion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

OWOW Inc., Sunset Imports Inc., and their officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from attendance or participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless OWOW Inc. and Sunset Imports Inc. from any claims, demands, or damages caused by their actions or violations of these Terms.

Force Majeure

Neither OWOW Inc. nor Sunset Imports Inc. shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, power failure, public health orders, strikes, or equipment malfunction.

Privacy & Data

Personal information collected via ticketing or on-site registration is used solely for event operations, communication, and customer support in accordance with the SR.ART Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
